8/3/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the summer program, the client appeared to be in a content state as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning socialization activities, the client followed directions given by sitting quietly in his seat while riding on the van. During midday socialization activities, the client remained focused while on a field trip to the SPCA. During afternoon socialization activities, the client utilized respectful words and kept his hands/feet to himself when interacting with his peers during lunch. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the summer program. During morning socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue following directions given by sitting quietly in his seat. During midday socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue remaining focused. During afternoon socialization activities, QMHP-C provided the client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue utilizing respectful words and keeping his hands/feet to himself when interacting with his peers. The client responded well towards the summer program as evidenced by participation and engagement.
